Repair concrete defects and damaged edges
This fast-setting, cement-based dry mortar is mixed with water for concrete repair. Applications include filling defects, rebuilding damaged edges and reprofiling uneven areas on columns, retaining walls and balcony elements.
Material planning
For the selected single-component grade, indicative consumption is approximately 1.75 kg of dry mortar per litre of repair volume. Mixing water is approximately 0.15 litres per kg of powder. A 25 kg bag is available. The stated setting time is around 10–20 minutes, depending on temperature; prepare only quantities that can be placed in time.
Preparation and subsequent protection
Remove loose material and bond-breaking contamination. Pre-wet the substrate to a matt-damp condition without standing water, and place the repair into the specified active bonding slurry. Exposed reinforcement needs appropriate assessment and treatment. Consider compatible flexible waterproofing or concrete surface protection as part of the complete repair specification.
Is repair mortar the same as leak-stopping cement?
These are separate product choices. Describe whether your main task is rebuilding concrete or stopping active water ingress. For the latter, request information about our water-plug cement.
What should I send for a quotation?
Include photographs, repair depth and area, substrate condition, access constraints and delivery country. Tell us whether reinforcement is visible and what finish or coating is planned. Request the current technical sheet for the quoted grade before ordering or installation.
