Match the enquiry to the concrete production method
For a new pour, state whether the concrete will be supplied by a ready-mix plant or mixed on site. Provide cement content, batch size and planned total volume. Dosage information must use the basis specified in the selected product data; a percentage of cement mass must not be applied to the total mass of the concrete.
Keep new-build and remedial quantities separate
An admixture is introduced during batching. An existing wall or slab needs a different assessment of substrate condition, water exposure and accessible surfaces. List local leak repairs separately from the area for a general coating, and include the treatment of joints and service penetrations.
