Mineral repair and coating for wastewater structures
This polymer-modified, cement-based mortar is intended for repair and coating of mineral surfaces in wastewater infrastructure. The single-component powder is mixed with water and offers increased sulphate resistance. Typical applications include manholes, channels, treatment basins and retention structures.
Indicative technical data
For the selected grade, plan approximately 2.0 kg/m² per millimetre of thickness. The specified application range is 5–10 mm per coat, with a maximum of 10 mm per layer. Working time is approximately 50 minutes, depending on temperature and humidity. Packaging is a 25 kg bag. Match the coating to the exposure
The mortar is intended for high mechanical and limited chemical exposure. It is not a universal acid-resistant lining. Include chemical composition, pH, temperature and exposure duration in your enquiry. For other exposure profiles, review surface protection coatings for concrete.
